The website is operated by EFBA. It presents EFBA’s information for healthcare professionals, licensed healthcare facilities and licensed pharmaceutical importers and distributors.
3. Scope of use
The website is provided for information, partnership enquiries and quotation requests. It does not constitute medical advice, a prescription or a recommendation to use any pharmaceutical or biologically active product, and nothing on it is an offer for sale of any product.
4. Healthcare professionals and licensed trade only
The website is intended for healthcare professionals, licensed healthcare facilities and licensed pharmaceutical importers and distributors. Its content, including the Molecular Knowledge Base and the Catalogue, is a scientific and technical reference for these users. It is not directed at the general public and should not be read as patient-facing guidance or as advertising to the public. IVIXIR products are not registered with the Drug Control Authority or the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA). IVIXIR products are supplied in Malaysia only after NPRA registration through a licensed importer; samples are not offered via this website.
The Catalogue page asks you to confirm that you are a healthcare professional or licensed distributor. By confirming, you represent that this is true.
